I think the addition of Zoloft without a TCA could make a difference.

Why stick with a low dose? I mean if it works definitely stick with it, but if it doesn't, you may do very good on 100 mg Zoloft without any bothersome side effects.

OOps, I think I know what BrainBeard meant now. I think he was saying that a low dose of Zoloft may not have an impact unless you add a TCA like Nortriptyline. I think?!
