Hi Alex,
Don't give up! I think you are probably getting close. I went through hell with insomnia, falling asleep at random times, etc. When you get up to 60mg per day, and ritalin added to that, I think you will feel alot more in control of your sleep patterns. What is your ritalin dose? Are you feeling a/d effect aside from the s/e's? I would ask your pdoc for a good sleep aid to get you through this. I haven't read the other posts, but have you been keeping track of your BP? If you can check that say half hour after each dosing, and use ritalin to keep your BP steady, I think you'll see an improvement. You don't want your BP jumpin around.
