My pdocs suggested MAOIs. They are at a university clinic, so they might be "by the book" and "by the book" MAOIs are a fourth class of effective meds people with TRDs should certainly try. I take Nardil and it has helped a lot. The dietary restrictions are NOT THAT BAD. The University of Pittsburgh Medical Center has the best list and it is available online somewhere. Some list of dietary restrictions are old and list just about everything imaginable.
