Was this psychosis part of a bipolar mania?
Do you think your lack of energy is a side effect of Zyprexa? Did it appear only after you began taking it?

I really don't have any suggestions at this time.
The two drugs you mentioned have provided more energy for some people. However, they can also produce anxiety.
Is the OCD you mentioned a formal diagnosis? Is the anxiety part of a diagnosis of GAD? Have you ever tried a SSRI or SNRI?
Lots of questions, I know.
