Hy, you should try a low to moderate dose of metformin (Glucophage) for your reactive hypoglicemia.I have the same problems with adrenals and I tend to develop reactive hypoglicemia.Also metformin helps me to avoid simple hypoglicemia from clomipramine.I take 500-1000 mg/day and it make wonders, no side effects, no more carvings.
