ready to die from akathisia

i had four glasses of wine two nights ago while on prozac and my akathisia has returned with a vengeance; it's so bad that i can't leave bed. i just lie around, writhing. i'm meant to fly out on monday, but don't know how i'll possibly manage in this state.
can alcohol exacerbate akathisia? i have some dexamphetamine on hand. would that help?
