I was watching something on the national geographic...or maybe it was the explorer channel. They gave a documentery on LSD, and how it effected the population, even before it was a "controlled substance". They used it in psychiatric wards to make patients psychotic, then admister proper medication but it didnt work all the way because LSD increases serotonin levels in some areas of the brain that antipsychotics don't reach.
People gave testimonies about how we see the world as it is, in everyday life, then when LSD is taken, it's like data processing, we process what we see, and it's a stable amount of information the brain processes. When LSD is taken, more data is given and you see the unseen forces that are there, some people have said it made their life better, but they look like their a little "off". And at times it's too much information to process and it causes usally schizophrenia like behavior even after just taking one drop. It like stays in your spine and....anyway's that's enought to put.
I've been researching this...because I want to see the real world, behind the average thing we see in everyday life.
Anyways, i may regret posting this. BUT it's just for infomation purposes.
