I was able to take about half of it off through intensive exercise. That is the only thing that has worked for me while taking Nardil.

there's no real reason for me to revive this thread other than that it's good (or bad?) to see that others are having the same side-effects as me (I'm on 75mg Nardil). My personal favourites to date have been:
- falling up a flight of stairs due to hypotension dizziness
- then falling down the same flight of stairs seconds later!
- nocturia. I was getting up on average 6-7 times a night to pee. And occasionally slipping down the stairs when going to the bathroom.
- repeatedly "acting" my soccer dreams. I've suddenly sat up in bed and yelled "YEEEEES!", fists clenched as my team had scored. I've nearly headered myself off the side of the bed.
- repeatedly acting being hit in the face by fist, ball, being dropped from height head-first. Same result as above except "AAAARGH!".
- violent shakes in bed. I'll wake up and I'm whole-body jolting like there's 30 Kilowatts flowing through me, like a strong fit.
- carbs. bagels. I constantly think of bagels. I eat 3 a day on average. I was eating a delicious dinner of fish and roast vegetables the other night that my wife had prepared. As I was tucking into the meal, all I could think of was the bagel I would have the next morning. Whole wheat or cinnamon? Raspberry or Strawberry jam?.

It sounds like weight-wise I've got off lucky, I have gone from a painfully-thin (I wasn't eating much due to IBS pain) 150lb to a more "robust" 189lb. Nardil really helps with the IBS pain. It makes it about 70% less intense.

I love Nardil. It has given me my life back. I give thanks to it each day it keeps me out of deep depression.
Pete
