How bout 40 years worth? Except when ativan new, xanax, klonopin depressed me. I had fabulous results when Miltown still available with 5mg valium three times a day. When anxiety was controlled simply stopped the miltown. I knew nothing about meds at the time and absolutely no withdrawal. Must say the doc was shocked but that is what happened. Through years off and on benzos at various doses. Only meds to truly allow me to be normal and very successful in my eyes. Now take 7mg of valium or less and 1mg of xanax at night. My chemistry has changed no longer get the ahhhh I'm so relaxed feeling. Also take low dose luvox 50mg. Nothing is perfect and this sure isn't but at least up and out and doing stuff. Love Phillipa ps I've heard that valium is the weakest of the benzos????
