She's going by the PDR which says 60mg is the upper limit for Parnate and that MAOI and TCAs can't mix. I brought her research showing otherwise but she's an ARNP and has to run it all by the psychiatrist so she said no unless he says otherwise. I'm not holding my breath for a major change since he's old and was around back when the upper level of Parnate was 30mg.
