I can't believe how sneeky it is. When I feel well, I usually make a resolution - I will never go back to "there" again. But sooner or later, I don't know when it pops up or how, but its usually back, creeping slowly.
The feelings seem so familar, so normal. When I no longer feel pleasure, my brain creates a reason for it - most often out of touch with reality. Thats not true though, when you're there it *is* your reality.
