Both Bupropion and Prozac block the CYP2D6 enzyme, I know because I've just been looking into this myself.

Apparently prozac does this significanty,so that almost there is almost no activity at that enzyme meaning raised levels of all the substrate drugs that are usually metabolised by it.

There isn't always a lot of data on it on drug interaction websites so its best to look up each drug specifically with CYP2D6 in the search engine.
