I'm sorry I don't know much of anything about sleep meds. I just wanted you to know I'm sorry you are having such a rough time with sleeping. That's a real bummer. I wish I had a magic wand.
I hope you and/or your doc come up with something soon. I don't think you want to mess around with Ativan very much.
There has got to be something out there that will work. I'm crossing my fingers.Hugs to you,
