I've been taking it since March. But they first 3 months I too Cytomel (t3), 25 mcg., which is sort of the trendy way to go. It made me sleepy and edgy. I started taking Liotrix, t4/t3, 100 mcg /20 mcg. I felt much better. More energized. I did some reading and tried taking it in stages up to 300/ 60. Great for depression, but I had an irregular heart beat and sweated like crazy. I dropped slowly back to 150 / 30. I've been there for 2+ months. benefits are antidepressant and energy. Plus I've lost a bit of weight. Let me know if you decide to try it. The link to the document to give your doc is good stuff.
