Hi,I have tried guanfacine for ADD w/ and w/o Adderall. They mix just fine.
I also had a compounding pharmacy make me some custom sustained release guanfacine capsules that required 3x a day dosing.
I was able to concentrate very well w/ the guanfacine, but only for 1/2 hour or so.
Hopefully Intuniv's effect will be much longer lived.November, huh? This thing was supposed to be out Q1 2009. But I read on some pharma-salesman message board that shire was dragging their feet on this so as not to cannibalize sales from their other ADD drugs. Bastards. (if true)
