from what i understand (well, hope, anyway), the insomnia abates with time. i picked up my Parnate prescription yesterday but have actually been too scared to start taking it due to the insomnia issue. i do have some low-dose Seroquel as a standby. silly, i know, since i fought so hard to get it prescribed. i think part of my self-destructive personality doesn't want me in remission
