Well, I have panic attacks, and believe me, freezing up and feeling unreal is not plesant.
I went off Xanax, and take Xanax XR 1mg at night, you just have to learn to deal with something's because life is not fun.
But alway's keep your hopes up. Belive in faith something good will happen, that is faith.
