I find sadness very tough to bear; and grieving over what is lost--so unfairly lost--can be so painful for me that I usually flee from sadness into depression. I say, kudos to you for knowing the difference--and thanks for caring enough to share your feelings.
May your next year be better and brighter. That you've got good kids and a husband says a lot about how hard you work--that's something to be proud of and take credit for. And you've got many friends here!
How are you doing on your new regime?
