Nardil at 90mg per day eventually worked very well for me, but if I relaxed in the evening or weekends (I live alone), I'd hit rock bottom. I changed to Parnate titrated up to 50mg per day over 6 weeks and I feel dreadful. I also take 50mg nortriptylinie in the evening, but may change to doxepin. After suppressing dreaming the dam has burst and now get deluged with terrible dreams. I'm going to take 10mg Parnate alterate days to maintain the dose to see if I improve. My sleep has been completely messed up, ie sleeping in the day, insomnia at night
