I don't keep a mood diary.
Today is not a good day for me; I know that.
To begin with it was great.
I dunno....I (we?) am (are?) vulnerable and I need to look after myself.
The 1001 things that flesh is heir to, well half of them we call depression, so is it any wonder that something something something.
It's only temporary.
That's how old people keep their spirits up: everything just gets worse and worse, but time gets more and more limited, which has an AD effect of its own.
