Thanks for starting the thread Scott. I've just finished 4 weeks on Parnate 30mg/d + small amounts of nortriptyline when I think about it. I'm sleepy this morning but yesterday wasn't too bad. So it seems to be one day bad one day good as far as sleepiness is concerned. A psychpharmacologist I know favours doxepin over nortriptylene
