What have people noticed in terms of sleep with this med? I started it a few days ago and my sleep was worse and i feel worse as well. i just increased it to 50mg last night, but no improvement and still woke up at 6am... i had been on 200mg of serzone(nefazone) prior and i guess some of this is comming off of that rapidly.
i was wondering if the beneficial sleep effect takes time to kick in from people experience??? i sure hope this thing helps.
