What light are you using?

I think it is important to use the light every morning at the same time for 30-45 minutes. For true SAD, light usually works better than medication. I'm not sure what to do if light doesn't work. Perhaps agomelatine. If you can't get agomelatine, perhaps combining Rozerem and Remeron at night would hit the same receptors.
