My doctor returned my call at lunchtime yesterday.
I explained my situation.

He said it's the lithium. (what??) I'm on 900mg down from 1200. He said to split the dose to a.m. noon, and night and stay at 50mg Pristiq, don't up as planned.

I said thanks but I was thinking, how do these people make it through med school.

He was right. No nausea last night even after 3 days of not eating(which I'm going to correct when those golden arches light up.)

Sometimes the good doctors are just that, good doctors.

Now, we'll see if the Pristiq actually works for me.
