Zoloft worked for me over 10 years ago and the irritability wasn't near as bad as it is now )that could be due to the higher stress life I lead now..... work, single parent, etc.... but regardless it was a long time ago.... Last ssri trial I had was lexapro...before that was buspar and prozac.... cant remember taking zoloft in quite some time.... do you think it would be worth another shot? It sure has less s/e and a less threatening withdrawal tacked on than pristiq may have....I know that in theory the zoloft and nortriptyline might work but last time I tried notrtriptyline it was a no go' however, maybe trying it again..... or with desipramine...
