I forgot about Borage.... there are some "combo" pressed vegetable oil capsule/pills.There is -- I forget the name of the company -- that patented an algae oil extraction that has an even higher complex of Omega than Perilla, but its fairly expensive for the benefits from what I recall. If it comes down in price, maybe.
