Thanks Zana, for your reply. I think you're right--that major trouble is accepting it as a med and not a drug. That said, I just don't know about the long term efficacy and health effects of Dex. Can't seem to find long term users that are vocal--or that there are no long-term users?
But then there is the stomach discomfort....
