It was an extreme warning the last I read, but maybe they completely yanked it.
I never understood "homeopathic remedies". I mean they contain micro amounts of what basically amounts to micro-poison.Arsenic, Belladonna, etc.
This is opposed to "supplements", a few of which I think are useful to some people and have had real/small studies:Melatonin (slight carefulness)
Kava (liver warning, drowsiness warning)
5-HTP (sleep) (SS warning)
L-Tryptophan (sleep) (SS warning)
Sam-E (strong warning)
St. Johns Wort (over advertised, a possibility)
Niacin (warning)
Fish/Flax/Walnut/Etc Omegas (cholesterol) GRAS, food product
Oatbran/Oatmeal (cholesterol) GRAS, food productI can't think of any that pop out else, but those do.
