You need to remember some people are making big money by touting that they are a cure all. I tried them and found no improvement in my situation and stopped them.
I personally do not believe that most anxiety and depression is caused by hormonal defiency. I belong to a mens forum and many on hrt are also on antidepressant treatment. We all hope that there is a silver bullet but right now meds are you best bet even though they are very flawed.
