Thanks for that information, you are right I am in the UK. I might give it a try. I have to say I'm highly sceptical of supplements as none of them have ever worked for me, having said that, I never give them very long.
I'm just always sceptical when people say that they feel something within a few days of taking a supplement as that has never happened to me but then we are all different.
I'm sorry to hear you are starting to feel worse, why won't your psychiatrist prescribe a medication??
