Please tell me, I have had a fair response to Zoloft over the years treating anxiety that drives me into depression. Also have some ocd. When I say fair, believe me that is soooo much better than the bottom I get sucked into. My combo now is Zoloft 150, lithium 600, Seroquel 200. I'm feeling fair for 3 months now. Question, I would love to actually get past fair and stop cycling into the abyss (as much). For 15 years my main drug has been an ssri. Never Tricyclic or MAOI. My doc does not want to talk about them. Any idea where I might start on a non ssri strategy for bad anxiety. Hopefully one the does not exacerbate my insomnia. Man do I really have all these problems? Glad I'm not a horse.

i'd start looking for a new doc right away, even if you could get something from current, its good to have a doc who knows how to augment or deal with side effects.

as for specific drugs, is anxiety that causes depression ocd? if so i might start with NAC and also memantine as something new. or something else too?
