Invega is the daughter drug of Risperdal. Risperdal is converted into Invega in the body. As far as I am concerned, I think using either drug in combination with Seroquel would work. It seems that the two drugs are about the same with regard to dosage ranges. Therefore, you might do very well with either drug at a dosage of 3.0mg were you to combine them with Seroquel. Without Seroquel, you probably would be placed on 6.0mg.
