I mean your reaction to NSAIDs may be different than others, so yes, to an extent they can.
Aspirin is much more likely to thin blood than either acetaminophen or ibuprofen. And this is generally a lasting effect as long as you are taking aspirin.
Its why low dosage aspirin is used as a possible preventative measure against blood clots (as is warfarin).
NSAIDs affect the stomach linings more, which could cause internal hemorrhaging with excess.-- Jay
