I have to say that I've never had this when I've been taking the SSRIs (doesn't mean it can't happen though)!! I'm on lithium at the moment and that causes it, but I've not had it with any of the SSRIs. I guess you could try switching to Cipralex; however, if Seroxat has been working for you then the best thing is to stick with it and try and treat the tremors. If you switch drugs you run the risk of losing the one medication that has helped - go back on it and it may not work for a second/third time.

I've taken beta blockers, which my doctor prescribed, to try and control my anxiety. Didn't do a thing psychological for me; however, on the other hand it didn't make me any more depressed either. I'm wondering if something like procyclidine would be of any benefit. I'd certainly speak to your doctor about it.
