My sister takes 400mgs and things it is the single med, amount a bunch, that has really pulled things together for her.
I took 12.5mgs and felt like I was going to go through the roof. A tiny dose was way too stimulating for me.
I guess I second others comments that it takes as long as it takes for you. But there infomation out there about how long it takes to reach a steady state. My pdoc has always said that meds from all catagories take weeks or even months to reach their full effectiveness because of all what she called the downstream changes they cause in the enzymes which metabolise neutrotransmitters.Blah Blah.
Sorry I don't have better info.
