Same here. The stabilizers by themselves make me depressed with the exception of Lithium, which does have antidepressant qualities. Usually anything that's touted as having AD properties is a signal to me to be careful. Maybe if I used a higher dose of Lithium I'd get a different effect. I'm just a bit nervous about it.
