Are you saying this because nardil has done this already?If not seems you have many fears on nardil and i think its best you just ease in on it and see how it feels.
However provigal could be used,there is also a cheaper version of it called olmifon which actualy is touted by many to work better,its about to be released in the u.s under a different name,i assume when this happens it will be much harder to obtain from overseas as olmifon.
