It might be too late, but I just wanted to tell you what I take, as I struggle with the same two conditions. I take: 20 mg Lexapro, 15 mg Abilify, and 600 mg Lithium. I must say I have been doing pretty well. The Abilify really made the difference for me. The lithium got me about 1/2 way there. I'm not sure that the Lexapro does much, but I think my pdoc figured I should be on an SSRI too.
