I found Cipralex to be slightly more effective than Lustral/Zoloft. It seemed to have a better effect on social phobia too - making me feel more confident in front of people. Unfortunately, even at the highest recommended dose, I still experienced anxiety and depression - even after months of treatment.

After about five months of taking the drug I seemed to stop responding to it altogether (the dreaded poop out) and my p/doc took me off it.
