Anyone use the supplement Phosphatidylserine (PS)?

Posted by TriedEveryDrug on February 26, 2009, at 17:46:34

Usually I think most supplement claims are bunk.

Some, like glucosamine for joints do really seem to work though.

I've been trying phosphatidylserine, which allegedly helps memory and cognition. Supposedly has shown some efficacy in ADHD trials too.

I've been trying it for a couple of weeks and I think it may be helping. If it is, the effect is fairly subtle. I wish there was a way to tell for sure. (some kind of self-test or something)

Anyway, anyone else try this?
