I tried taking a magnesium supplement for my anxiety and depression in the past. I didn't notice a blind bit of difference in any of my symptoms.

As far as I'm aware magnesium supplements don't do any harm (as long as you stick to the recommended dosages), so maybe you should give them a go - you never know, they may really help you.

Places like Holland and Barrett or Chemist Direct (here in Britain) sell decent quality supplements. Can't advise on good chemists in USA, I guess you maybe best doing a search via google.
