On 200 mg dose. Started with 100, and had headaches for a week. Same when I went to 200. I think I will stay with an average of 200, maybe 100 on weekends and 250-300 on that occasional day or two when I am dragging or really need to be at my best. Some days I will take 50mg at lunch if I am getting sleepy. Expensive in US, $30/month with insurance compared to $5/month for generics. I have tried some generics, and cannot really tell much difference. Thought about ordering powder to save $, but there is always a risk there. ANSKEL
