I have been taking Modalert 100 in the morning - whenever I wake up - it is energising. I do no take regularly. I have been a suspected case of ADD. So i guess thats it. With me it works better with Luvox at night and / or Prozac in morning. On empty stomach- do not eat for another 1 hr or so. and take at least one hr after u ve eaten. subsequent doses somehow quieten me. So i stick to one tab a day. On days when the room is in real bad conditions or something important is to be done. I am in Delhi I buy from local store. My brother a doc in US had got some Provigil - didn't notice any difference.
