Well, Vincent, your doctor and yourself certainly understand how things are meant to work.

Two strategies suggest themselves to me. 1. Go ahead with the SAP application to Hoffmann-La Roche. It may not yet have transferred control of the drug to Oxford. 2. Contact Oxford (they're in New Jersey), and ask them about their legal representation in Canada. They very likely have someone on the ground here, even if their offices aren't easily found on the Internet.

I just checked the Health Canada website, and I found another option! Isocarboxid is listed in Schedule F of the Food and Drug Regulations. That means that any registered pharmacist can import the drug by mail or by courier. Maybe you can ask a pharmacist to help you.
