Seroquel and histamine levels

Histamine increase due to this medication is news to me, makes me wonder if that could be why i have what appears to be an allergic blister like rash on my arms and feet, I have been taking seroquel for a little over a month, has anyone else experienced this skin condition, almost like a dermatitis?
