Ritaline seemed to work a little better regarding physical energy but was way shorter acting for me than adderall (not xr).
however i felt more of a crash with ritalin...i would immediately feel a crash if i forgot to take my second/third dose of ritalin
whereas is adderall its smoother for me.best wishes
