Greetings from Brisbane. Today is my third day back on Parnate. I was on it all too briefly five years ago, but stopped after a hypertensive crisis. For most of the past decade I've been functioning poorly on SSRIs. Clomipramine has been the best drug for me so far - let's see if Parnate can top it! You're on 75 mg/d of Nardil? I'm fully prepared to go to 100 mg/d of Parnate if necessary. Sounds like you'll make a fine, empathetic psychiatrist - all the best mate!
