yep, you hit it on the spot, once again, all of this was somewhat part of my plan, except the BP, thats pretty keen. But sometime before you told me some people on here that are pretty much experts. How would I find there posts? and do you think that will help along with reserach? I don't want to push the ritalin, cause she already said no, but I really feel it can help, and as you said,I read many people and articles proving this. I showed her like one or 2 but didn't really push. Do you have any suggestions?
