Remeron on its own worked well for periods of 3 or 4 weeks, then not working for similar periods.
That is why we added Lexapro.

When it worked, I felt like I was my real self me again and I ate too much, when not working, I felt depressed.

I was on 60 mg at the highest and it was very difficult to get up in the morning.
