hi,
I take zydis for occasional episodes of dissociation/flashbacks. These things are associated with anxiety for me. the zydis takes about 20 minutes to kick in, and lasts for about 12 hours, maybe longer.I haven't taken the zydis for several months. At the time when I was taking it, I was also taking abilify, lamictal and zoloft on a daily basis
I took zydis perhaps once a month or so. I'm sure my insurance LOVED paying for the entire box worth of packets.... $$$$$$$
FWIW, I thought the zydis was about 10x more effective than klonopin, if only because it took away most of my capacities for thought. Things went silent upstairs, and so did my disruptive thoughts.
